Digital Product Licensing Terms

1. Standard Commercial License (Included with Purchase)

Every digital pattern purchased in this shop includes a Standard Commercial License.
    • Permitted Use: You can use the pattern for Personal projects and Small Business production.
    • Physical Sales Limit: You can manufacture and sell up to 500 physical end-products (e.g., 500 shirts, 500 yards of fabric).
    • Prohibited Use: You cannot upload the digital files to Print-on-Demand (POD) websites (such as Spoonflower, Redbubble, Zazzle) or drop-shipping services for public sale.

2. Extended Commercial License (Upgrade Required)

If you plan to scale your business or use automated production, you must purchase an Extended License.
    • Permitted Use: Mass production and global manufacturing.
    • Physical Sales Limit: Unlimited physical sales (over 500+ items).
    • POD Access: Full rights to use Print-on-Demand platforms (Spoonflower, Printful, etc.).

3. General Restrictions (Applies to ALL Licenses)

    • You cannot resell, sub-license, share, bundle, or redistribute the digital source files (EPS, SVG, PDF, JPG) in any format.
    • You cannot claim the artwork as your own creation.
    • The design must be applied to a physical product before sale.
